2013/04/07 Update: They seem to be getting more business than they can handle. Unreliable reservation. The portion of food and tea leaves has also shrunk. Sometimes, we get dirty cups. Smoking is allowed in patio. Inconsiderate clientele. Rating downgraded to Worth a Shot. I suggest visiting the near by Coffeeling instead. If you do not sign up for membership and prepaid over /NT$1000, Coffeeling is much cheaper and better than Coffeeholic.

2013/04/07 更新:生意好到有點照顧不來。靠不住的訂位。門口是吸煙區。多財大氣粗缺公德心的顧客。餐點也明顯縮水。評等降為「值得一嚐」。替代方案:附近的咖啡林。咖啡林是品咖啡;荷俚特是灌咖啡。只喝一杯,不儲值,咖啡林比荷俚特便宜多了。

This is a spin off from the owner of Wumiao branch of Original Coffee. As Original Coffee is a chain store, the owner is taking his gloves off at Coffeeholic.

The upgrades are:
  1. Meals are available: The owner boasts they have got a five star chef.
  2. More, and Better Selections: These section of menu is not free refill, but definitely worthy. If you do not mind the sour after taste, I would highly recommend Natural Sidamo.
  3. Location: Public transportation friendly.

原物咖啡武廟店老闆在連鎖外單飛。原物的所有優點都保留,再加碼。

升級:
  1. 提供簡餐:老闆號稱是五星級的廚師。
  2. 更多、更好的咖啡:除了無限暢飲的單品咖啡外,更提供更好,但不可續杯的莊園咖啡。用力推日曬西達摩。
  3. 地點:近美麗島捷運站。

    泡軟了放進嘴裡啃,又香又甜。拜託千萬別加了糖後拿來攪:


    原物本來就是零北款待貴客的私房景點。因為萃取得當,咖啡因含量低,所以我的貴客們都很訝異地覺得越喝越想睡。有不少人都說:「第一次喝到不會苦的咖啡。」然後開始喝黑咖啡。再來常聽到的另一句話就是:「回不去了。」


    嚐過他們的單品,就回不去小七跟同父異母的腥趴客;嚐過他們的莊園,就回不去他們的單品(不能接受酸味者除外)。阿里山鄒築園的咖啡是世界A咖,名不虛傳,當真好喝。可是一分錢,一分貨:價格也就不是我們這種散人能天天喝的。最好的日曬豆,半磅原價要千八。而荷俚特的日曬西達摩的味道,就跟鄒築園的日曬豆很像。在零北時來運轉,飛黃騰達前,在荷俚特望梅止渴就好。荷俚特的莊園咖啡的會員價都是一杯一百,但除了日曬西達摩的咖啡豆是半磅四百五外,莊園豆都是半磅四百。所以當場喝,點日曬西達摩最超值。但臺南新化老街的咖啡品質更好,卻大都不到三百。

    從明顯出自跟原物咖啡同一設計師沒有創意標準化、規格化的裝潢,到別緻的餐具,還有頭家親自坐鎮,跟每桌客人用心交陪,處處都看得出頭家的用心。

    如果零北硬要給荷俚特雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話,就是客人的水準不齊:有時候會有田僑仔、暴發戶、三姑六婆等級的去蓋膏像:他們扯足嗓門,只差沒有鬥放送頭,昭告天下,大聲靠腰曰:他家剛兮老北、歹老木、查某討客兄、查埔飼細姨。雖然碰上高格調的騷人墨客、文人雅士的機率也不小,但根據本人不專業的粗略統計,碰上出山團的機率大約是五十趴。

    2012-10-12 更新:現世報,來得快。上次跟一海票久違的老友去,太嗨了,結果上面那段就罵到自己了... 囧rz...





    推:冰滴咖啡/Ice Dripped Coffee, Recommended:
    現在加了大量冰塊,也就是灌了固態的水/Now is loaded with ice cubes. ie. watered down with solid state of H2O

     推:羅勒中卷烏魚麵。收汁乾淨,不是騙死臺巴子用的醬多如湯,麵不入味的失敗的麵
