This place is so plain and simple that I would have never given it a shot hadn't had it been highly recommended. However, being plain and simple turns out to be their forte to be great. They claim they do not use MSG, but their broth is even tastier than those who do. Plain and simple, alright, but everything is done to its perfection.
這攤看來超平凡。如果不是魚夫大大的大力推薦，不識泰山的我一定不會給他機會。號稱不用味精的高湯竟然比用了味精的更甜美。把平平凡凡的每個細節都發揮到極致完美。

The fin and the bone were carefully removed. Scales were cleaned, even at this tricky spot.
上圖的洞裡本來有塊魚骨。這個地方本來有片魚鰭。都被店家連同魚鱗一起清得幹乾淨淨。
